DIY Peppermint Bath Bombs

100% Natural Peppermint Bath Bombs
A soak in the tub with natural hand made bath bombs can boost your mind, help you wind down after a long day or soothe sore muscles. The salt and essential oils encourages sweating to help release toxins and after a few minutes of soaking in warm water ’ll deliver a hefty dose of hydration to skin, probably feel calm, relaxed and ready to nod off.
 
 
Ingredients: Fine Sea salt, Bicarbonate of Sodium, Citric Acid, Corn Starch, Pure Rice Bran Oil, Pure Organic Certified Peppermint Essential Oil, Peppermint Hydrolate
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup citric acid
1/2 cup sea salt
3/4 corn starch
2 tablespoon of peppermint hydrolate or purified water
25 drops of peppermint oil
2 tablespoons of pure rice bran oil
color green food grade (optional) or diluate little spirulina or chlorella powder
 
Instructions:
 
1.In a large bowl combine baking soda, citric acid, cornstarch, fine sea salt or epsom salt
 
2.In a small bowl combine rice bran oil oil, peppermint hidrolate, and essential oil.
 
3.Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Mix with a whisk until fully combined. Test mixture by pressing a handful together. If the mixture doesn’t hold add little more rice bran oil or sweet almond oil. Avoid adding too much water or the mixture will fizz and not form in the mold correctly. Once it’s the right consistency press mixture into mold and remove. Set bath bombs on a soft towel to dry overnight.
